Q: How does your “off-grid WiFi” work (i.e. how is the signal transmitted to the house)?

A: We are using a device called a cell router to lock LTE band data signals from surrounding towers and bring them to any location in the form of a local area network.

Q: What does the installation entail?

A: The majority of the installations have utilized a cell router and an external antenna. We also integrate cell boosters and WiFi mesh systems depending on signal quality, surface area, and project scope.

Q: Is the system compatible with an existing eero (Mesh) network?

A: Yes! We can reconfigure any existing mesh as part of the install.

Q: What speeds are your customers experiencing?

A: Speeds vary widely, depending largely on the distance from carrier cell towers. We’ve seen DL speeds as fast as 75 Mbps, but most fall in the range of 15-25 Mbps.

Q: Do I have to sign a contract?

A: Nope! We offer a monthly subscription at $149. Each payment pre-pays for your next 30 days of service. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
